Gluten-Free Casein-Free Diet

Some families have seen positive results, including  increased verbal communication, improved sleep habits, decreased self-injurious behaviors, and increased awareness of their surroundings from implementing the Gluten-Free Casein-Free diet for their child with autism or related delays.  This entails eliminating all gluten (the protein found in most grains) and casein (the protein found in dairy products) from a person's diet.
