Special Education Teacher
Kids Institute for Development & Advancement (KiDA) is looking for an educated, energetic and loving private teacher to provide care for a child with learning delays in a professional setting. The responsibilities include curriculum development, interfacing with other professionals, as well as basic child attendance.

Daily activities include:
• Developing and implementing curriculum specific to the child’s individual needs;
• Coordinating child’s education with other professionals;
• Teaching and providing 1:1 instruction for a child;
• Planning and implementing academic and recreational activities;
• Attending various offsite activities, projects, and functions.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and Multi subject teaching credential;
• Experience with ABA is preferred, but not required;
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills;
• Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, ethical and resourceful;
• Ability to travel on demand;
• Desire to work with low functioning children and ability to be patient;
•Training and/or education related to working with students with special needs is preferred.
