KiDA School
KiDA School offers students a comprehensive education, incorporating classroom teaching with individual occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavioral therapy. Education plans are custom designed for each student based on the child’s specific needs and goals. KiDA is now accepting applications for kindergarten and first grade students. Application Steps
Download the application and call to schedule a tour of KiDA's facility.
Submit Form A for the application to be considered. Include the $50.00 application fee.
Submit Form B ("Parent Questionnaire"). Include the $125.00 assessment fee.
Upon receipt of Forms A and B and the requisite fees, the Office of Admission will call the parent to schedule an individual assessment at a time that is convenient for the family. The assessment will review the child’s fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and cognitive ability so that KiDA can design a curriculum specific to your child’s needs. Please bring Form C ("Does Your Child") to the assessment.
Deliver Form D ("Records Release Form") and Form E ("Teacher Notes Form") to the child’s current school.
You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of forms A, B, C, D, and E and completion of the child’s assessment of the admission decision.
